Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Carriers

We use the Australia Post carriers to deliver our orders.

Order Tracking

We provide tracking numbers for orders worth more than $200 RPP. All other orders are shipped without a tracking #.

Shipping Rates

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all goods.

 

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order at our cost. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 

Return Policy

Not happy with your purchase?

Products purchased from Volume11.com.au come with a 30 Day Return Policy. If the product you ordered is not quite what you had in mind, you can return the item for an exchange or a refund on the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Due to health and safety reasons all returned items need to be in perfect unused condition complete with original, unopened packaging. We can not provide refunds or exchanges for opened, damaged or incomplete product returns. Should the product not be in original condition, please email us before returning it as this may save you some unnecessary shipping costs. There is a 25% service and repacking charge for any items which are returned with damaged external packaging, so please take care when packaging any returns. Proof of purchase will be required for all returns.

We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We can not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.

When You Receive Your Order

We try our best to ensure that all products are shipped free from defects. In the case that you do receive a faulty product upon delivery, do not panic, simply contact us and we will organise to have the item replaced for you at our expense.

Warranty Concerns

All warranty issues are dealt with by the manufacturer or distributor of the product. If a problem occurs with your purchased item within the period covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer/distributor for a direct resolution of your warranty claim. You may contact us for assistance however please do not return the item to Volume11.com.au for resolution without prior consultation.
